General Beach Manager – Malta

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Beach Manager to oversee all aspects of operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced, lifestyle-driven environment.

Role Overview

As General Beach Manager, you will be:

  • Leading all daily operations of the beach club, including food & beverage, guest services, and events

  • Managing and motivating a diverse team across front and back of house

  • Ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and premium service standards

  • Overseeing revenue performance, budgeting, and cost control

  • Driving sales through events, promotions, and strategic partnerships

  • Maintaining high standards of health, safety, and beach compliance regulations

  • Coordinating entertainment, music, and lifestyle programming to enhance the guest experience

  • Building strong relationships with guests, partners, and the local community

  • Implementing innovative ideas to keep the venue dynamic and competitive

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a General Manager or senior operational leader within beach clubs, resorts, or high-volume hospitality venues

  • Strong leadership and team development skills

  • Commercially driven with solid financial and operational management experience

  • Excellent guest service and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

  • Strong organisational and communication skills

  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage

  • Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and peak seasonal periods
