Role Overview

As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will:

  • Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations

  • Supervise and coordinate front-of-house teams to ensure smooth and efficient service

  • Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and uphold high service standards

  • Assist in monitoring financial performance, cost control, and productivity

  • Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally and efficiently

  • Support staff training, scheduling, and performance management

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations

  • Step in to lead operations in the absence of the Restaurant Manager

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within a high-volume restaurant

  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills

  • Guest-focused mindset with excellent communication abilities

  • Good understanding of restaurant operations and cost control

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure

  • Professional presentation and attention to detail

  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage

  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
