Role Overview
As a Bar Back, you will:
- Support bartenders during service to ensure smooth and efficient bar operations
- Restock bar supplies including beverages, ice, glassware, and garnishes
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area at all times
- Collect and wash glassware, ensuring it is polished and ready for service
- Assist with receiving and storing deliveries
- Ensure waste disposal and recycling procedures are followed
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations
Requirements
- Previous experience in a bar or hospitality environment is an advantage
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Physically fit and able to handle lifting and manual tasks
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
