Role Overview

As Restaurant Manager, you will:

  • Oversee all daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service

  • Lead, motivate, and develop front-of-house teams

  • Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and uphold premium service standards

  • Monitor financial performance, including revenue, cost control, and profitability

  • Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and compliance

  • Collaborate closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service flow

  • Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve issues effectively

  • Drive team training, performance management, and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-volume or fine-dining environment

  • Strong leadership and team management skills

  • Commercial awareness with experience in budgeting and cost control

  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities

  • Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences

  • Strong communication skills and professional presentation

  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
