Role Overview

  • Manage and oversee a designated section of the kitchen 
  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to established recipes and quality standards 
  • Ensure consistency, portion control, and high presentation standards at all times 
  • Supervise and support Commis and Demi Chefs within the section 
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure proper food storage and rotation (FIFO) 
  • Maintain strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations 
  • Work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to ensure smooth service operations 
  • Contribute to menu development and continuous improvement of dishes 

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-volume restaurant 
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen operations 
  • Leadership ability and experience supervising junior team members 
  • Ability to perform efficiently under pressure 
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills 
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality 
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
