Role Overview

  • Support the Chef de Partie in managing a specific section of the kitchen 
  • Prepare and present dishes according to established recipes and quality standards 
  • Ensure consistency, portion control, and high presentation standards 
  • Assist in maintaining stock levels and proper food storage 
  • Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations 
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service 
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean, organised, and professional kitchen environment 

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Commis Chef or Demi Chef de Partie in a high-volume restaurant 
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety standards 
  • Passion for cooking and eagerness to learn and grow 
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment 
  • Good teamwork and communication skills 
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality
